Adam Schiff, a long-serving member of the U.S. Congress representing California's 30th district, shared his thoughts on various issues through a series of tweets on January 29, 2025.

In a tweet posted at 18:45 UTC, Schiff expressed concerns regarding Kash Patel's aspirations to lead the FBI. He emphasized the lack of critical information from the Special Counsel’s report on Patel's testimony that remains unavailable to the Senate. "We need the truth. We need transparency," he stated, urging the Department of Justice to release these materials immediately and referred readers to his letter co-authored with Senator Durbin.

Later that day at 20:02 UTC, Schiff critiqued Pam Bondi's suitability for being considered as the nation's top law enforcement officer. He tweeted "Pam Bondi has demonstrated none of the independence necessary to be the nation's top law enforcement officer."

Finally, in a tweet sent at 21:54 UTC, Schiff extended warm wishes for Lunar New Year celebrations across California and beyond. "Wishing a joyous Lunar New Year to those celebrating in California and across the country today," he wrote, hoping for a happy and healthy Year of the Snake.
