On Saturday, March 22, former Village Christian School standout Emily Zuniga’s current college team, the Azusa Pacific Cougars, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Biola Eagles.
The game took place at Freedom Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 12 p.m. at Cougar Softball Complex against Academy of Art Urban Knights.
