Mahdi Yoozbashizadeh, assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Cal State Long Beach, spoke with Spectrum News1 about the use of 3D printing and next-generation materials to build rockets and satellites. 

Professor Yoozbashizadeh said students in the rocketry lab learn and develop cutting-edge technologies in aerospace with a lot of research and development in how to make rockets.
