Adam Schiff, a U.S. Congressman representing California’s 30th district since 2001, has taken to social media to express his concerns regarding recent actions by former President Donald Trump and the ongoing issue of "Signalgate." Schiff, who previously served as chair of the House Intelligence Committee, has been vocal about national security matters and political developments.

On March 26, 2025, Schiff posted a tweet highlighting three actions taken by Trump: "In the last day, Trump said he may set up a fund for those convicted of Jan 6 crimes. Issued an executive order making it harder to vote. And declassified documents in Crossfire Hurricane. The common thread? An attempt to distract from Signalgate. Don’t fall for it." Later that day, Schiff shared insights from his review of the Signalgate text chain: "As a former chair of the House Intelligence Committee, a few things leap out at me in reading the full Signalgate text chain: First, the specificity with which they identify one of their targets. They refer to him as 'the top missile guy,' and also reveal that they know where" "Original quotation"

Additionally, on March 26, Schiff expressed his dissatisfaction with Donald Trump's nominee for Assistant Attorney General for National Security during questioning related to Signalgate: "I pressed Donald Trump's nominee for Assistant Attorney General for National Security about Signalgate. His responses were a disgraceful - and unsuccessful - effort to dodge. Watch for yourself: https://t.co/fyurEit4bp" "Original quotation"
