City of Burbank issued the following announcement on Oct. 16
Yesterday, the City of Burbank and Burbank Police Department announced the face covering enforcement, which was ordered to be administered by Willdan Engineering. This is a legal order and this consultant was delegated the authority to enforce it as an administrative violation of the Burbank Municipal Code.
