City of Burbank issued the following announcement on Oct. 13
The City of Burbank Community Development Department has launched the Online Credit Card Payment module for building permit and plan check transactions. Burbank residents, businesses owners, developers and contractors can now pay for building permits and plan reviews through the convenience of a computer or mobile device.
Burbank has been committed to enhancing its customer service by developing and now offering more online tools such as the Online Business License Renewal Platform, Online Business Tax Renewal Platform, Online Building Inspection Request Module, and the newly launched Online Credit Card Payment Module. These remote online services provide convenience as well as health-safety protections during the pandemic.
