San Carlos Business Spotlight
Founded in 2015, Sarah’s Latin Taste is an Argentinian restaurant that serves traditional Argentinian sandwiches and more. We spoke to owner, Osvaldo, and asked, “What do you enjoy most about Sarah’s Latin Taste?”
Osvaldo responded, “I want to give my customers the true flavors of Argentina. We cook everything to order. All our spices are from Argentina, including our salt. I also believe that for the Argentine flavors to be noticed we need to keep the food items simple. For example, for our salad dressing we only use chimichurri, lemon juice, salt, oil, and vinegar. Simple ingredients rooted in the culture of Argentina.”
