PLNU students use advance technology to track real-time information on the San Diego Legion with trainer’s tablets, GPS accurately pinpoints motion that can help to identify strengths and prevent injuries. Data is collected while athlete practices, notes and videos are collected and imported into charts and graphs that represent the athletes performance over time.

Tracking performance is key over time that allows the trainers to determine what aspects each athlete needs to work on. Identifying the data provided by PLNU students will lead to improved performance with less chance for injury

PLNU’s MS-KIN program is designed to prepare knowledgeable and career-focused professionals for the dynamic and growing fields of exercise science, sport management, sport performance, and rehabilitation science.
