On Sunday, Feb. 16, former John Burroughs High School standout Gunnar Nichols’ current college team, the Washington Huskies, lost 11-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

The game took place at Springs Brooks Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Chanticleers this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 17 at 11 a.m. at Springs Brooks Stadium against Saint Joseph’s Hawks.
