On Saturday, March 8, former Burbank High School standout Kara Valencia’s current college team, the Chico State Wildcats, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros.
The game took place at Wildcat Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Toros this season.
The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 1 p.m. at SFSU Softball Field against San Francisco State Gators.
