On Monday, Feb. 17, former John Burroughs High School standout Gunnar Nichols’ current college team, the Washington Huskies, won 12-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Saint Joseph’s Hawks.

The game took place at Springs Brooks Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 2:05 p.m. at Klein Field at Sunken Diamond against Stanford Cardinals.
