HCS families and Veterans are specifically invited to our Veteran’s Day Chapel on THURSDAY, November 10 at 8:30am in the Gym. HCS will be honoring our Veterans, especially those from our HCS community, with patriotic music led by the 5th-8th graders, along with an Honor Guard unit from Hanford Fire Department. Our speaker will be Marine Veteran, Pastor Andy Hanson, from First Reformed Church of Hanford, sharing about how his service in the marines can encourage our students to live for Christ.
As we prepare, WE NEED YOUR HELP! As a part of the chapel, we would like to include pictures of the Veterans that are related to our students. Kindly submit a photo of any Veterans in your family, noting their relationship with your student, to Roxanne Martinez at marketing@hanfordchristian.org by October 30 if you would like to participate.
