On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Village Christian School standout Emily Zuniga’s current college team, the Azusa Pacific Cougars, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Western Washington Vikings.
The game took place at OC Great Park. This was their first matchup against the Vikings this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 3 at 2 p.m. at Cougar Softball Complex against CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves.
