During the recent council meeting, the Burbank City Council declared February 2023 as Human Trafficking Awareness Month.

This proclamation demonstrates the City’s commitment to being a place where human trafficking doesn’t exist and all people are treated as worthy of a supportive community and of freedom. Lieutenant Governor of Zonta District 9, Gloria Salas, and members of the Zonta Club of Burbank were present to accept the proclamation.
