Later that day, he highlighted the start of open enrollment for California’s health insurance marketplace for 2026. He wrote: “Open Enrollment for California’s health insurance marketplace is now available for 2026. Born in Framingham, Massachusetts in 1960 and currently residing in Burbank at age 62, Schiff holds degrees from Stanford University (BA) and Harvard University (JD).
