Adam Schiff, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California’s 30th district, commented on social media regarding potential candidates for the next Attorney General following Pam Bondi’s dismissal.

On April 15, 2026, Schiff posted: “With Pam Bondi fired, we’re hearing some names floated for the next Attorney General. Spoiler alert: a less partisan DOJ is not on the horizon.”

In another post from the same day, he wrote: “Longtime Trump loyalist being considered to be our next Attorney General. Are you surprised?”

Schiff also added: “Trump considering ‘Most Lethally Boring Man’ in the Admin for next Attorney General…” on April 15, 2026.

Adam Schiff has represented California’s 30th district in Congress since 2001 after serving in the California Senate from 1996 to 2000. He was born in Framingham, Massachusetts in 1960 and currently resides in Burbank. Schiff holds a BA from Stanford University (1982) and a JD from Harvard University (1985).
