Adam Schiff, U.S. Senator and longtime representative of California’s 30th district, posted a series of updates on social media highlighting his ongoing engagement with state issues and national events.
On September 14, 2025, Schiff addressed the Latino community in California by stating, “Los latinos siempre han luchado por California, y yo, como senador, siempre lucharé por la comunidad latina.”
Later that day, he turned to matters before the Senate Judiciary Committee. On September 15, 2025, Schiff announced upcoming testimony from Kash Patel: “On Tuesday, Kash Patel will testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Needless to say, I have some questions for him.”
In a third post on September 15 regarding the entertainment industry in his home state, Schiff commented on recent Emmy wins: “Big night for The Pitt and The Studio at The Emmys. Love to see California-based productions taking home wins – more proof that the Golden State remains the gold standard for film production.”
Schiff has represented California’s 30th congressional district since 2001 after succeeding James E. Rogan. Before serving in Congress, he was a member of the California Senate from 1996 to 2000. Born in Framingham, Massachusetts in 1960 and currently residing in Burbank at age 62, Schiff holds degrees from Stanford University (BA) and Harvard University (JD).
