Adam Schiff, U.S. Congressman representing California’s 30th district since 2001, has posted a series of statements on social media addressing recent political developments and economic concerns.
On December 16, 2025, Schiff shared a link to a letter with the message: “Full letter here: https://t.co/0cP3f8oCmZ”.
In another post dated December 17, 2025, Schiff commented on revelations regarding former President Donald Trump and his advisor: “Donald Trump’s top advisor just undermined him by telling the truth on everything from the Epstein Files to the military buildup near Venezuela. I’m breaking down the biggest revelations from Vanity Fair. https://t.co/DpqstirzKH”.
Later that same day, Schiff criticized Trump’s remarks about affordability issues in the United States: “Donald Trump keeps calling affordability a ‘hoax’. He may not care about the rising costs of food, housing, energy, and health care, but the American people do. It’s no hoax when you can’t pay your bills. https://t.co/U5yVXchUeN”.
Schiff has been an active member of Congress for over two decades after replacing James E. Rogan in 2001 and previously served in the California Senate from 1996 to 2000. Born in Framingham, Massachusetts in 1960 and currently residing in Burbank at age 62, Schiff holds degrees from Stanford University (BA) and Harvard University (JD).
