Schiff has served in the U.S. Congress since 2001 after replacing James E. Rogan and previously held office in the California Senate from 1996 to 2000. Born in Framingham, Massachusetts in 1960, Schiff is now 62 years old and resides in Burbank. He holds degrees from Stanford University and Harvard Law School.
