Adam Schiff, U.S. Congressman representing California’s 30th district since 2001, highlighted ongoing legislative efforts and national priorities in a series of posts on April 15 and 16, 2026.
On April 15, Schiff addressed the housing situation in his state: “California is the epicenter of America’s housing crisis. Proud to have support from leaders across California as I continue to push for my bill to build millions of new homes and make life more affordable for Californians.”
Later that day, he posted a link without additional commentary: “https://t.co/bHbqrhC8f2” (April 16).
In another post on April 16, Schiff commented on recent developments in space exploration: “The historic Artemis II mission was an inspiration to millions as we begin a new era of space exploration. Congress must deliver NASA the funding it needs to continue our exploration of the Moon, and move on to the ultimate challenge — Mars.”
Schiff has represented California’s 30th District since replacing James E. Rogan in 2001. Before serving in Congress, he was a member of the California Senate from 1996 to 2000. Born in Framingham, Massachusetts in 1960, Schiff is currently based in Burbank at age 62. He holds degrees from Stanford University (BA) and Harvard University (JD).
